Sharon knows first-hand how getting publicity can completely transform a business OVERNIGHT and make dreams come true. Her first media appearance was on BBC Radio 2, with millions of listeners, when she had no website… no followers or subscribers… and no dog training business… which was the topic she was being interviewed on. What she did have was a powerful desire to launch a new business and strong self-belief that she could help the listeners and make a difference.
That one interview launched her new dog training career overnight and got her A-list celebrity clients (including one of the Spice Girls). It was also the start of her publicity journey and several years later Get Free Publicity was born.
Over the years Sharon has been featured on, and has contributed to, some of the top media channels on the planet, including the BBC, ITV and Channel 5 TV Shows, The independent, The Guardian National Newspapers and on FOX, CBS and NBC. She has also had a regular slot on BBC Radio since 2008 where she answers the listeners’ questions.
Sharon is also a regular contributor to Entrepreneur.com, has written for the HuffPost and has been interviewed on some of the top podcast shows from all around the world, she is also the co-author of 2 highly acclaimed books called ‘Successful Women in Business’ and ‘Every Entrepreneurs Guide: Running Your Own Business.’

Having been an entrepreneur for over 20 years herself Sharon knows first-hand how to leverage the media from a business perspective, she knows what works in the media and what journalists are looking for and she also knows how to hold interviews so that they turn into sales.
Sharon’s unique approach to getting publicity is done in a strategic way so that you don’t waste time doing interviews with media outlets that don’t give you credibility or sales. She believes that publicity isn’t about ‘ego boosting’ it’s about monetizing your exposure as well as giving you extreme credibility and elite status.
Growing up in England, Sharon realized that she was ‘different’ from her friends, at 19 when others were getting steady jobs Sharon wanted more and got herself a job in Australia. She travelled the 30-hour flight alone and arrived in a country where there was no one there to meet her. When asked if she was nervous, she said, “No I was going on an adventure” and refers to it as one of the best years of her life.
At age 21 Sharon decided to get a job in Germany, simply because she wanted to learn to speak another language and wanted another adventure. By the time she returned home to England a year later she was not only fluent in the German language but also dreamt in German too.
Several years later Sharon embarked on her self-development journey after a mysterious virus attacked her spinal cord leaving her with walking difficulties. In her desire to heal herself (which she successfully did), she went on a 4-week Spiritual Pilgrimage across India, got a diploma in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), became a Journey practitioner with Brandon Bays and also became a Reiki Master.
Sharon was passionate about sharing her healing abilities and went on to have a thriving Complementary Therapy Practice for over 10 years where seeing miracle healings became the norm. Her passion changed when she got 2 Parson Russell Terriers puppies and she followed her calling to become a professional dog trainer and publicity expert.
